1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 carrot, grated fine
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Make Jello as directed. Use 1 cup hot water and second cup of liquid is made with pineapple juice. Add water, if necessary, to make a full cup. Add the carrot and pineapple. Chill slightly. Pour into lightly oiled mold. Chill to set.
