2 egg whites, beaten, not too stiff
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 fresh grated coconut

Mix first 5 ingredients. Cook in double boiler until thick. Let cool and add vanilla and grated coconut. Spread over 2 layers of yellow cake.
