2 c. Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1/4 c. butter

Mix and put into 9 x 12 inch pan.

FILLING:

2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 qt. chocolate ice cream

Blend all ingredients with mixer and pour on top of Ritz crackers crust. Let stand until set in refrigerator.

TOPPING:

3 large regular Heath bars, crushed, and medium size Cool Whip. Blend together. Top and refrigerate.
