MEXICAN DIP 
1 can bean dip
3 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes
Onion
Grated cheese
Ripe olives

Spread can of bean dip onto plate. Cover with mixture of avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover that with mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, onion, ripe olives and cheese. Serve with large corn chips for dipping.
