1 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. granulated sugar 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 c. flour 3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream sugars and butter in small bowl. Add egg yolk, salt and vanilla and beat well. Stir in nuts and flour gradually. Press dough evenly in 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile, combine 3/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar in small pan. Boil on high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. |
