CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg plus milk to make 3/4 c.

Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add milk and egg. Stir briskly with fork. Knead lightly on floured surface. Roll out to desired thickness. Butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 1 inch widths. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
