GIANT CINNAMON ROLLS
1/4 c. water
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 1/4 sifted flour
2 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. sifted flour

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
Scant milk

Heat first 3 ingredients to scalding and cool to very warm. Add sugar and salt. Mix flour, yeast with liquids. Beat with electric mixer, add the eggs for 1 minutes then stir in flour. Adding enough to make stiff dough. Knead on floured board and place in oiled bowl and raise until double (big bowl this is a big batch). Roll into 2 rectangles about 9 x 12 spread with soft butter. Spread brown sugar over, then cinnamon roll up and cut into 12 slices (about 1 1/2 inch slice). Place in pan, raise again and bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes until brown. Frost. Makes 2 dozen big rolls.
