1 c. sifted cake flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cocoa mix

Sift together the first 5 ingredients. Combine milk, fat, and vanilla and add to dry ingredients. Add nuts. Pour into a well greased baking dish; cover with cocoa mix. Pour 1 cup water over all and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

COCOA MIX:

Combine 3/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 4 tablespoons cocoa.
