1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts
3 c. diced apples
6 oz. butterscotch morsels

Mix the oil, eggs, and sugar. Beat well. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture. Stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle the butterscotch morsels on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
