PUMPKIN BREAD 
DRY:

3 1/2 c. flour
6 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

WET:

1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. (1 lg. can) pumpkin
3 c. sugar

Combine DRY ingredients with already mixed together WET ingredients. Grease and flour 3 bread pans. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pans. Take out of pan and wrap in foil. Store in refrigerator. Makes 3 loaves. Enjoy!
