COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

In bowl combine eggs, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla. Blend well. Add coconut. Pour in pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
