HAWAII 5-0 CAKE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. corn oil
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice pack)
Cream cheese icing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Blend well with mixing spoon until well combined. Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake about 35-45 minutes.

While cake is baking, prepare cream cheese frosting. Mix together 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 stick butter, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Allow cake to cool to room temperature and frost cake with cream cheese topping.
