SLOPPY JOE TURNOVERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
10 oz. can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. dairy sour cream

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet brown the beef, onion, and drain. Add all the rest except the biscuits and mix well. Separate the biscuits and place them on a greased cookie sheet, pressing each into a 4 x 4 inch square. Put approximately 1/4 cup meat mixture in the center of each square and fold over to form a triangle, sealing edges with a fork. Cut three 1/2 inch slits on each top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter, if desired. This recipe makes 10 sandwiches.
