CREASIA 
6 lg. or extra lg. eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 c. warm water
2 cakes compressed yeast
1 1/2 lbs. (6 c.) flour
1/2 lb. grated cheese (4 c. - 1/2 Romano and 1/2 Parmesan)
3/4 stick butter (melted)
1/4 lb. cubed Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil

Mix yeast in water and add beaten eggs. Sift flour 3 times with rest of dry ingredients. Knead together and put in warm pan to rise to 2 1/2 times its size (about 4 hours or more). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Brush cooked loaf with egg yolk and return to oven for 5 minutes.
