SWISS STEAK 
6 cube steaks
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. catsup
5 tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. all seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Mix flour, salts and pepper. Dip meat into flour mixture. Put cooking oil into deep frying pan. Add chopped onions and let brown a little.

Put steaks into frying pan and brown on both sides, stir some more flour into pan to brown. Add water for gravy, add catsup, simmer on low about 2 hours. Add more water if needed during cooking. (Can simmer in crock pot.) Serves 6.
