BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN COOKIES 
1 package butter recipe cake mix
1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix cake mix, pudding, flour, oil and egg. Stir in pecans. Dough will be crumbly. Roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes and remove from pan.
