HEAVENLY MARMALADE 
8 med. peaches
4 med. pears
3 lg. oranges
3 lg. lemons
6 med. apples
4 lb. sugar

Remove outer rind of oranges and lemons and cut into strips (use white part, too). Place meat of citrus and rinds in a bowl, cover with cold water. Cover bowl and let stand overnight.

Bring to boil and simmer until just tender. Add peaches, pears and apples and bring back to boiling. Add sugar gradually. Stir until dissolved and mixture thickens. Bottle in sterile jars and seal with melted wax.
