1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (14 oz.) can Borden's condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. black walnuts
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Put chocolate, butter and milk in double boiler until melted. Take off stove. Mix nuts, marshmallows and peanuts together and stir them into the chocolate. Line a pan with waxed paper and spread mixture out; chill 2 hours. Cut into squares.
