COMPANY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs

Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, onions, and cream of chicken soup. In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and butter; put on big mixture. Bake in 13 x 9 inch dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
