CLAIRABELL'S SWEET POTATO ROLLS
(OLD-TIME)
 
1 c. sweet potato
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3 tsp. fructose
2 c. milk
1 cake yeast
Flour

Melt butter in sweet potatoes while hot and add salt and fructose. Dissolve the yeast in the milk which has been heated until lukewarm. Add flour until mixture cannot be stirred and allow it to rise. Then bake 20 minutes in 425 degree oven. Mix at noon for night.
