QUICK COBBLER 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 can fruit (any desired)

Melt butter in pan. Mix milk, flour, and sugar until smooth, pour in pan with melted butter. Add fruit; pour in on top of crust mixture. DO NOT MIX. Bake at 450 degrees. Cook about 20 to 25 minutes until crust rises to top and thickens. Serve while hot.
