CLAM DIP 
4 oz. light cream cheese
6 1/2 oz. can minced clams, drained
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Place cheese in small baking dish. Microwave at 50% power (medium) for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave again at 50% power for 3 1/2 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring after half the cooking time. Serve hot or cold with crackers or fresh vegetables. Yield: about 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.

NOTE: Water packed tuna fish may be substituted for the clams.

Per serving: 54 calories, 2 gram carbohydrate, 6 grams protein, 2 grams fat, 140 milligrams sodium. Exchanges per serving: 1 lean meat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
