CAMPING CARROTS 
4-6 carrots, peeled & sliced
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice carrots and place on aluminum foil. Top with onion and mushrooms. Dot with butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Seal foil tightly to prevent leaking. Place directly onto fire or among grill coals. Remove after 20 minutes. Caution when removing aluminum foil.
