ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 cans tomato paste
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. sugar
2 bay leaves

Cook celery, onion, pepper in cooking oil. Add ground beef and brown. Drain off excess fat. In a large bowl mix tomato paste, 3 paste cans of water, tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, bay leaves and Italian seasoning. Add this to ground beef mixture and simmer 3 hours or longer.
