BUTTERSCOTCH FROSTING 
1/3 c. soft butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. light cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

In medium bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat butter until light. Gradually beat in sugar; beat until fluffy. At low speed, beat in cream and vanilla.

If frosting seems too soft to spread, refrigerate 10 minutes before using. Use to spread over Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Bars.
