QUICK BUTTERSCOTCH FROSTING 
1 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in pan. Bring to boil. Boil slowly 3 minutes. Cool. Add powdered sugar and beat. Spread. Good on date cake or applesauce cake.
