REFRESHING COCOA FRUIT SHERBET 
1 med. ripe banana
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. Half and Half
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey cocoa

Slice banana into blender, add orange juice, blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour into 9 inch pan or two ice cube trays, freeze until hard around edges. Spoon mixture into blender or large mixing bowl, blend until smooth. Pour into 1 quart mold, freeze until firm. To serve, unmold onto chilled plate and slice. Yield: 8 servings - 131 calories - 3 fats.
