QUICKIE BARBECUE SANDWICH
FILLING
 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground round or chuck
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (28 oz.) bottle catsup
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
(A little water to clean bottle)

Brown meat and drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve on hamburger rolls.
