CREAM CHEESE SNOWBALL COOKIES 
1/2 c. powdered (10X) sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. almond extract
1 to 2 tbsp. water

Combine powdered (10X) sugar, butter, and cream cheese. Beat until smooth.

In separate bowl, mix the Bisquick, nuts, and extract. Add this to the cream cheese mixture along with enough water to form dough. Shape into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until they are set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet, allow to cool 5 minutes, then roll in extra powdered (10X) sugar.
