HOLIDAY CHOCOLATE SNOWBALL COOKIES | |
2 sticks butter 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cocoa 2 c. pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar. Mix well together. Add vanilla. Mix flour, salt and cocoa. Add dry ingredients to butter and sugar mixture. Chop pecans. Add to mixture. Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours. Use spoon or melon baller to make 1 inch balls. Place 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Cool. Roll in confectioners' sugar. |
