LEMON CAKE 
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. salad oil

LEMON SYRUP:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice

Blend all cake ingredients together in large mixer bowl on low sped 1/2 minute. Then beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Prick cake several times with fork. Stir together powdered sugar and lemon juice to make lemon syrup. Pour lemon syrup over top of cake.
