1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Wishbone Red Russian dressing
10 or 12 oz. jar apricot preserves

Mix ingredients together. Spoon over two cut up chickens or equivalent in parts. Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, or until done. No need to stir, or turn. Goes well with the Fried Rice. (Everybody to whom I have ever served this, with the exception of one, raves about it. P.S. It freezes well, too.) Serve with Fried Rice (recipe to follow).

FRIED RICE:

Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil; stir in 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in: Few drops of soy sauce 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
