MAUREEN'S MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans mushrooms soup
1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, minced
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix 1/2 can of soup and all ingredients together. Form into balls and brown meat. Add remaining soup and 1/2 can of water for gravy. Simmer 1 hour.
