LAZY LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 c. V-8 juice
8 oz. mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. parsley leaves
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
8 oz. lasagne noodles, uncooked
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 oz. tomato paste

Brown meat, onion and garlic then drain well. Stir in V-8 juice, mushrooms, tomato paste and seasoning. Simmer 30 minutes.

In 9 x 13 inch pan layer 1/2 of the uncooked noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes before serving. This is important.
