LAYERED TOSTADA BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 can whole green chilies, drained, seeded & chopped
1/2 c. diced ripe olives
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil

TOPPING;
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 13"x9" baking pan. Fry hamburger and onion. Drain, add taco mix, tomato sauce, beans, chilies and olives. Mix Bisquick, cornmeal, milk, 1 egg and oil until moistened. Beat and spread in bottom of pan. Spoon beef mixture over dough. Mix together topping ingredients and spoon over the beef. Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
