1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
2 sq. chocolate
1/2 gal. ice cream
2 c. whipped cream
Nut & cherries, optional

Crush cookies and add 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix like pie crust and pat in 9 x 13 and 8 x 8 inch pans. Chill. Cook Carnation milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar and 2 squares chocolate for 10-15 minutes. Stir gently, but constantly, until thick; cool. Put 1/2 gallon softened ice cream on the chilled crumbs and freeze. When set, put cooled chocolate mixture on ice cream. Return to freezer. Let this set, then put whipped cream on top. Garnish with nuts and cherries.
