SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Sea Pak Natural Crab meat
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 rib celery, diced
2 eggs, boiled, crumbled
1 tsp. sugar
Black pepper to taste
Ranch Buttermilk dressing

Shred crabmeat into bowl. Add onions, celery, eggs and mix well. Sprinkle sugar and pepper over the mixture. Add buttermilk dressing to moisten crab mixture and mix well. Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.

Boiled shrimp and canned clams can be added.
