HAM ROLL-UPS 
Sliced ham, about 1/8 inch
Sliced Swiss cheese
Frozen spears of broccoli or asparagus

Layer ham, cheese, and 1-2 spears. Roll up and hold together with toothpick. Put in pan; top with 1 can of cheddar cheese soup diluted with 1/2 can of milk. (One can of soup makes enough topping for approximately 20 roll ups.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Served with eggs, this makes a good brunch but it is good at any meal.
