TOMATO ASPIC 
1 small package lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
May add onion juice, seasoning or celery salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, etc.

Mix all ingredients. Pour into mold (may spray mold with Pam first.) Chill several hours until firm. Serve on lettuce leaves and top with mayonnaise. Serves 6.
