SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. sour cream or Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. finely chopped apples (green)
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Crumb Topping

Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Add beaten egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing well. Fold in apples and spoon into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Work everything together until crumbly. Take pie out of oven; sprinkle with topping and return to oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
