HIDDEN COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
2 cans biscuits (separated to make 20)
1 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk
Fruit (sliced apple or fruit cocktail)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix sugar, chopped nuts, cinnamon. Dip biscuits into melted butter; then in sugar mixture. Arrange biscuits in prepared pan overlapping. 15 biscuits around outer edge and 5 in center. Place fruit in between each biscuit. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth. Sprinkle over cake. Serve warm.
