GUACAMOLE DIP 
4 ripe avocados (black skin)
A little onion (diced)
A little tomatoes (diced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove fresh garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut and mash avocados. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Let chill in refrigerator several hours. It helps to leave an avocado seed in the mix to keep from turning brown and never mix in a metal bowl.
