FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut in bite size pieces
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. can black pitted olives
1 pt. fresh mushrooms, small whole
1 box cherry tomatoes, small whole
1 lg. bottle Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Will keep several days.
