CORNBREAD DRESSING 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. crumbled cornbread
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
Salt & pepper
Sage to taste

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Yields enough dressing for a 3 1/2 to 4 pound chicken.
