SUMMERTIME FRUIT SALAD 
Lettuce
1 (16 oz.) lowfat cottage cheese
4 c. assorted fresh fruit such as strawberries, halves, melon balls, blueberries,
sliced peaches
Lemon juice
1 (6 or 8 oz.) yogurt
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. raspberry jam

Line bowls with lettuce leaves. Scoop 1/2 cup cottage cheese into each. Arrange fruit and sprinkle with lemon juice. In small bowl, mix yogurt and jam. Drizzle over salad and add sunflower seeds.
