STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES 
1 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. Italian cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
24 cherry tomatoes (1 pt.)

Clean out tomatoes, mix all other ingredients and stuff into tomatoes. Refrigerate several hours.
