4 c. flour
1 c. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
Condensed milk

Dissolve salt in water. Add flour slowly until consistent. Chill for 2 hours. Roll and cut. Bake at 325 degrees. If they start to swell, prick and lower temperature. If too dark, cover with foil. Done when hard (tap with knife). Glaze with condensed milk.
