"STUFF" CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 carrots, grated or sliced thin
1 onion, sliced or chopped
4 potatoes, sliced
1/4 or 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
Grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Press the hamburger into a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Then add the carrots, onions, potatoes, cabbage, and mushrooms. Top with cream of celery soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Then add grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
