CORNED BEEF O'BRIEN 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 (15 oz.) can Armour Star corned beef hash
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

In fry pan, cook onion and green pepper in butter. In 5 minutes; add hash. Heat, stirring occasionally until mixture is crisp and brown as desired. Sprinkle with cheese; cover pan. Heat 5 minutes. 2 servings.
