2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling half full. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yields 4 dozen.
